C.P.D. and IN-SERVICE TRAINING FOR EARLY YEARS STAFF

If young children are given the opportunity to learn more, they do learn more. Staff working with children from early years establishments have the right to quality training in any area they consider will improve the service they provide. Physical, mental, emotional and social development of young children is crucial- effecting the adult they become and how they contribute to our society. We at Sprights believe our programme helps children in all these important developmental areas.

Sprights deliver training courses for early years staff in the form of "Continual Personal Development" courses and in-service days both in-house and off-site. During these courses we demonstrate, to the participants skills and ideas for working with their children in the form of a fast track course.
