STAFF ON-SITE INTENSIVE TRAINING WORKING WITH CHILDREN

Sprights 3-5 years intensive staff training has been exceedingly positively received. Training can include up to 8 members of staff and every session involves 10 children.

Staff are trained to deliver the manual of lesson plans working with the children throughout the training period lasting between 10 - 20 hours.

Courses may be tailored to suit specific requirements of individual establishments. After initial training the school then plans in time for the P.E. lessons to be delivered weekly.

After 8 weeks Sprights revisits the school to mark progress, audit training and certificate teachers.s.
